AN OVERVIEW OF THE CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT

The Corporate Transparency Act is a new Reporting Rule that requires certain entities to file beneficial ownership information (BOI) reports to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
